Just a proper fit for getting around the area in Ottawa with real value for money. The hotel staff was friendly and tried hard to assist, even when they were clearly overwhelmed. Consider finding an alternate route to navigate the hotel to avoid confusion with the stairs.

The hotel had a lovely bar and convenient downtown location, perfect for exploring. However, the small room was a downside and the shower lacked proper hot water. Staff were friendly, but I’d have liked additional bathroom amenities and an early morning wake-up from housekeeping was bothersome.

I had an amazing stay with easy access to the Ottawa Art Gallery just across the street and a mere 10-minute walk to Parliament Hill, making it perfect for weekend strolls through historic sections of the city.

We explored one of the few Nordstrom stores in Canada and went skating on the largest naturally frozen skating rink. The location was perfect for walking to attractions. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, we did deal with some noise issues from a large group of students staying at the hotel, which made the lobby crowded.
